IBN Private is delighted to announce it has appointed Rennae Parker as Administration & Client Care Manager.
Managing Director, Scott Roberts, said Rennae’s appointment reflects the value the company places on its relationships, and its commitment to investing in systems and processes that deliver exceptional client service.
“Over the past 18 years, we have developed trusted relationships with our clients, brokers, bankers, accountants and pre-insolvency experts and this is core to our values, and our success,” Mr Roberts said.
“Rennae has had an extensive career in the property and finance sectors in Australia and London, specialising in analyst and client service roles, and has a deep understanding of the fast-paced nature of our industry.
“Her position is a central role within the team, optimising our relationship management platform and ensuring consistency in service delivery across our business.”
Prior to joining IBN Private, Rennae held the role of Client Services Administrator at Positive Accounting Solutions, where she was based for almost nine years. She has also worked as a Property Finance Analyst for Suncorp and held client services and accounts assistant roles with CREDO and CREDO Property Group in London.
