These roles have proved Paul with a broad depth of experience covering all facets of commercial property lending including; structuring and analysis of construction, investment and mezzanine financing.

Having a solid background around Bank/ Broker Lending & Operational Policies allows him to quickly analysis scenarios and offer solutions for the IBN client base.
